About Us
The Perfect Game Foundation, Inc. was formed as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in 2003.
Perfect Game Founder Jerry decided that the success of Perfect Game allowed great opportunity to use the platform to give back. Throughout the years, The Perfect Game Foundation, Inc. has helped raise over $3.5 million for pediatric cancer for St. Jude, Rady Children’s Hospital, Golisano Children’s Hospital, East Tennessee Children’s Hospital and The Toby Keith Foundation’s OK Kids Korral as well as to the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center and the Boys and Girls Club, among other wonderful organizations.
Beginning in 2018, a milestone shift occurred when the foundation expanded its footprint to become The Perfect Game Cares Foundation, a public charity independent of Perfect Game.
Following our name change in 2023, Rise 2 Greatness will continue to support and expand the amazing initiatives we have historically dedicated ourselves to. 2020 brought our largest and most expansive initiative to date: supporting, empowering and inspiring America’s underserved children in the lowest socioeconomic neighborhoods in athletics, education and mentorship through The Jerry Ford Grow the Game Fund.
